I spent twelve years in the United States Marine Corps. I have been to war. I trained at Langley and held the highest clearance the country grants. As a weapons and tactics instructor, I taught Marines how to put their hands on an enemy and kill him — and how to hold back.
I have spent my life near the plain fact that evil is real.
I was raised without baptism. I spent years studying every doctrine I could find, and on September 13, 2025, I stopped deciding and was baptized. I have been writing this for six years. Faith is the reason I could finish it.
The world is starving for the things this show will not apologize for: human connection, real leadership, courage, restraint, sacrifice — and a love that is not the same as appetite.
Humanity and love have always been the answer. Scripture has always been the resistance.

He loved a good story — science fiction, action, a hero worth following. Film and television were his escape, his haven, and his passion. He made me obsessed with all of it.
He struggled for years. My mother’s love saved him. In the end he came home — to his family, and to God. He is gone now.
Every ordinary, willing soul who becomes a hero in these pages is a little bit him. Perhaps a little bit me, or even a little bit you — my proof of the one truth this universe rests on: no one is beyond redemption.
